Pack Trips

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to step back in time, travelling trails frequented by ancient people, early explorers, hunters and trappers. Your guide will lead you down mountain trails, intersected by picturesque creek crossings providing a relaxing ride for both experienced and inexperienced riders.

Our trips are run in the same traditional manner that local outfitters have been following for over a hundred years. For those mountain air appetites, hearty home-cooked meals will be prepared in our well-equipped kitchen tents or over the open fire. Included is Alberta Steak, bacon & eggs, home-made soups & stews to name a few. Vegetarian options are also available. If you have any likes or dislikes, please let us know and we’ll make adjustments. Good conversation, marshmallows, and a cup of hot coffee can be enjoyed alongside the crackling fire.

The ride into base camp is typically 2 ½ to 3 hours long. From there on in, you decide the number of hours you would like to ride each day, go fishing in the nearby river or hike and take the time to explore the area yourself.
